Job Title:
Chief Executive
The Chief Executive is responsible for the proper application of the agreed policies of Not Just Enterprises, protecting and promoting the organisation’s reputation as the premier Adult Mental Health charity in the Isle of Wight, providing pathways to recovery through work based projects.
Essential:
- can grasp complex components and weld them into a cohesive, progressive strategy and operational model
- demonstrates ability to think laterally and act on innovative ideas
- be a leader and team player
- is decisive
- is able to confidently position and lead marketing effort of our offering
Desirable:
- educated to graduate level with a background in marketing or alternatively an operational bias with marketing experience
- has knowledge or experience of the interaction between the Third Sector and Public Authorities
- has an understanding of the complexities of Enduring Mental Health Issues in Adults
The successful candidate will be subject to the following requirements:
Registration with the Individual Safeguarding Authority requiring a Criminal Record Bureau declaration at Enhanced Level.
As this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, it requires full disclosure of all details of any cautions, criminal convictions or bind-over and of any that might be pending awaiting trial or decision.
